Partnership is a cornerstone of SUA’s impact. The University believes that meaningful collaboration multiplies innovation, knowledge sharing, and sustainable progress.
SUA works with universities, government institutions, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), development partners, and the private sector to deliver joint research, capacity building, and community-based projects. Many of these collaborations are formalized through more than 100 Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) that promote co-creation of knowledge and inclusive development.
In line with the Corporate Strategic Plan (CSP) objective on linkages and partnerships, SUA leverages these collaborations to strengthen research networks, enhance innovation ecosystems, and extend its global reach. Such partnerships underpin initiatives that address food security, health, climate resilience, and gender equity across Africa and beyond.
Through this spirit of cooperation, SUA exemplifies the transformative power of collaboration in advancing Partnerships for the Goals and contributing to the collective achievement of the Sustainable Development Agenda.
